HR manager vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This role requires extensive knowledge of HR management practices and principles.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department, providing guidance and support on all HR related matters to ensure the effective development of our personnel.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures, recruitment, training & development, performance management, employee relations and benefits administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in HR or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to work with people at all levels of the organization.
• We are open to considering applicants who are immigrants.

Compensation

Salary: 1200 per month for this position.
