KG Vice Principal (Female)

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in a related field
2. Master's degree or teaching certificate
3. Minimum of 10 years teaching experience
4. Minimum of 2 years as a Vice Principal
5. Ministry approval as VP is required
6. Professional fluency in English
7. Excellent use of technology

Main Duties:

1. Comply with the school's mission, philosophy, system, and educational approach, and implement these objectives throughout your duties.
2. Demonstrate enthusiasm and high interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with students, faculty, administrators, parents, and the school community.
3. Substitute for the Principal when absent.
4. Supervise student attendance and the safety measures implemented in the school.
5. Contribute to the student discipline plan, ensure its implementation, and encourage good student behavior.
6. Receive misbehaving students referred by the social counselor, apply disciplinary consequences, and inform parents of the corrective measures taken.
7. Supervise the organization of after-school remedial classes.
8. Supervise the admission process for new students.
9. Monitor classrooms, playgrounds, and student transitions to ensure a safe and organized environment.
10. Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising school activities, ensuring effective implementation.
11. Supervise the division staff and provide guidance to ensure good performance.
12. Support and explain safety and security initiatives to teachers, students, and staff.
13. Handle assigned academic tasks.
14. Supervise the preparation of school plans, including class schedules, teacher duty schedules, substitution schedules, and committee formations.
15. Maintain order and student discipline regarding school uniforms.
16. Contribute to the professional development of staff by identifying needs and suggesting suitable programs.
17. Supervise emergency plans, review, and update them regularly with faculty members based on school requirements.
