Job Summary:

Thiqa HomeCare is seeking a dedicated Nurse Supervisor to lead our team of skilled nurses in delivering exceptional home healthcare services. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and experienced nursing professional with strong leadership skills and a commitment to high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise and support homecare nursing staff to ensure top-tier patient care.
  2. Monitor patient progress and coordinate with physicians and healthcare teams.
  3. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and quality standards.
  4. Train and mentor nurses to enhance professional growth and patient outcomes.
  5. Manage schedules, performance evaluations, and staff development programs.
  6. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure holistic care.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
  2. 3 to 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a supervisory role.
  3. Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid MOH license.
  4. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  5. Knowledge of home healthcare regulations and best practices.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic healthcare environment.
