Network Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Network Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure seamless connectivity, optimal performance, and security across all network systems.

Duties:

1. Analyze existing network systems and propose enhancements to optimize performance.
2. Design, configure, and maintain network equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other hardware.
3. Monitor network performance, identify issues, and troubleshoot problems promptly.
4. Implement security protocols and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
5. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to resolve network-related issues.
6. Document network configurations, processes, and procedures for reference purposes.
7. Provide technical support to end-users and clients, addressing network-related concerns.
8. Conduct regular network assessments to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security policies.
9. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Skills:

1. Proven experience in network analysis or a similar role.
2. In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, technologies, and security standards.
3. Hands-on experience with network hardware and software components.
4. Familiarity with network monitoring tools and diagnostic utilities.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
8. Relevant certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or CompTIA Network+ are a plus.

Education:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
