Key Responsibilities:

Website Design:

User Experience (UX): Develop user-friendly interfaces and improve the overall user experience through thoughtful design.

Graphics Creation:
Design graphics, icons, and other visual elements as needed for websites and online content.

Responsive Design:
Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and responsive across all devices.

Collaboration:
Work closely with developers, marketing teams, and content creators to implement designs effectively.

Prototyping:
Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas to stakeholders.

Testing and Optimization:
Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics.

Stay Updated:
Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our web presence.

Content Management:
Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring they remain current and functional.

SEO Best Practices:
Integrate SEO best practices into web design to enhance search engine visibility.


Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 2+ years of experience in web design or a similar role.

Skills:
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or Sketch.
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development.
Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
Basic understanding of SEO principles.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
