The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising personnel, and ensuring quality control for tasks associated with a Task Order. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a related field. The Site Manager must also possess a valid driver's license, be able to obtain a SECRET US Government Clearance, and have a minimum of 4 years of design experience and 4 additional years of experience in the engineering/construction management industry. The position involves frequent travel and requires the ability to work under deadlines. The Site Manager will serve as an engineer and coordinate work prioritization, investigations, and attend meetings as required. The role is part of Amentum, a company that enforces a safety culture and prioritizes quality and procedure compliance. The Site Manager will be responsible for completing training requirements, fulfilling self-aid/buddy aid responsibilities, participating in emergency response tasks, and serving on safety committees and teams. The position requires strong planning/organizing skills and the ability to work in a typical office environment with occasional lifting and constant sitting while using a computer terminal.
