Job Title: Security Manager

Summary: Oversee all aspects of a fully integrated guarding service, ensuring professional, timely, and compliant security services for a project.

  • Requirements:
    • At least 15 years experience in a similar security role, with 5 years in the GCC Region.
    • Basic First-Aid and Fire Safety Training, as well as H&S policies and procedures.
    • Technically proficient in all security-related systems.
    • Experienced in developing and implementing security policies and procedures.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Manage all aspects of a fully integrated guarding service, operational 24/7.
    • Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
    • Maintain security-related equipment and systems.
    • Ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
    • Deliver high-quality security services, applying professional expertise and management.
    • Develop and document Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with the Client.
    • Ensure all security-related equipment is maintained and staff operate it properly.
    • Deal with security alerts in accordance with agreed procedures.
    • Project a helpful, friendly, and courteous attitude, ensuring all security staff follow the same.
    • Ensure all security staff respond to emergency incidents in accordance with the contract specification.
    • Liaise with external agencies and the Security Compliance Manager for the Client.
    • Ensure all staff receive the appropriate training sessions and identify additional training requirements.
    • Prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas.
    • Be fully aware of the key role in emergency procedures.
    • Comply with Company rules and regulations.
    • Provide general supervision, coordination, and control of the security team.
    • Provide staff administration, including covering duty rosters and overtime.
    • Ensure security officers complete required training and address any areas not being fulfilled.
    • Liaise with client representatives and customers to resolve matters efficiently and effectively.
    • Supervise and coordinate stock control and material inventories, maintaining systems and processes.
    • Recommend surplus stock in line with Stock Management guidelines.
    • Coach and direct the Soft Service team to ensure professional delivery.
