Job Summary: Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Maintains supply accountability records.
2. Conducts Change of Command Inventory briefings.
3. Maintains files in accordance with Army Records Information Management System.
4. Researches and resolves property book and/or system-related discrepancies.
5. Duties may vary contingent on the assigned department.
6. Ensure strict compliance with safety practices and support the Safety Policies and Procedures.
7. Instills a safety-first mentality within respective work areas and a culture that achieves low accident rates and minimal lost-time injuries.
8. Adhere to ISO Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions in support of the Quality Management System.
Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements: Secret Security Clearance required
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
4 years of Property Book/ supply experience
US Army MOS 92A or 92Y preferred GCSS-A experience required
Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
Thorough understanding and knowledge of inventory management required.
Knowledge of U.S. Army inventory management accounting systems.
Ability to work effectively with employees and management of all levels (to include multinational staff, superiors and ranking military officers).
Ability to prioritize responsibilities to accommodate a demanding workload.
Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy is required.
Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook applications is required.
Certification & License:
Drivers license required
Preferred Qualifications: Education:
Associates Degree is preferred Certification & License: GCSS-A certificate preferred
